Victoria Medelius

PTA President

My name is Victoria Medelius and my son is in the 3rd grade. I was born and raised in Queens and am very proud to call it home. I have a Master's in Social Work and am a LMSW. I enjoy spending time with my sons and loved ones creating special memories. I am a product of District 30 schools and extremely passionate about community and advocacy. This is my third year serving as PTA President, a role I deeply value. My hope for the 2024-2025 school year is to continue to build, foster and strengthen relationships amongst students, families and the PS 398 team. I look forward to hearing from you and working together to make this year a success!

Rubina Haque

PTA VP of Membership

My name is Rubina Haque and I am a native of Bangladesh. I have made 69th Street my home for the past 17 years. A proud alumni of LaGuardia Community College, I earned my associate's degree there. Happily married, I am the devoted mother of two sons—one who currently attends Aviation High School and the other in fourth grade at Hector Figueroa Elementary School. I am deeply passionate about collaborating with her community to enhance the educational environment for all students.
